Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

Grate the cucumber and drain thoroughly by wringing it out in a clean kitchen towel. This removes excess moisture for a thicker dip.

In a bowl, combine the drained cucumber with crushed garlic, finely chopped mint and dill (or cilantro), lemon juice, yogurts, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
