Ingredients for 12 bars
- 150 g oatmeal
- 75 g chopped almonds
- 2 tsp seed mix or sunflower seeds
- 100 g peanut butter (You can also make your own peanut butter.)
- 30 g coconut oil
- 60 g honey
- 6 g dried cranberries
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 20 g shaved coconut
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread the oats, chopped almonds, and sunflower seeds evenly on it. Roast for 10 minutes until golden brown, then transfer the mixture to a bowl.
- In a saucepan, gently heat the peanut butter, coconut oil, and honey. Stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Pour the warm peanut butter mixture over the toasted oats and stir to combine.
- Mix in the dried cranberries, chia seeds, and shaved coconut until everything is well incorporated.
- Line an oven dish or baking dish with baking paper. Transfer the mixture, pressing it down firmly and evenly.
- Chill in the fridge overnight. The next day, cut into 12 bars.
