Homemade Hoisin Sauce Recipe: Easy, Authentic Flavor in 10 Minutes

Ingredients for Hoisin Sauce

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 6 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 4 tsp mirin
  • 1 tsp chili sauce
  • ½ tsp 5-spice powder
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • pinch of salt

Instructions
