Recipe for sgroppino

What are you toasting with tomorrow at 12 o'clock?

Ingredients
– 1 liter lemon sorbet ice cream
– 100 ml vodka
– 500 ml prosecco

Make sure all ingredients are cold. Also put the champagne flutes a few hours in advance in the fridge or freezer.

Get started
Put the lemon sorbet in a bowl and whisk in the prosecco and vodka little by little with a whisk. Pour the sgroppino into the cold glasses and serve immediately.

Variation tip
Not fond of lemon sorbet ice cream? Use mango or raspberry sorbet ice cream. Or make different flavors of sgroppino, so you get a colorful selection of filled glasses.
