Ingredients
– 250 grams self-raising flour
– 125 grams dark caster sugar
– 100 grams soft butter
– 2 tablespoons gingerbread spices
– 3 tablespoons milk
– 1 pinch salt
Instructions
– Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
– Sift the flour into a bowl and make a well in the center. Add the sugar, butter, gingerbread spices, salt, and milk to the well. Crumble into the flour and knead into a smooth dough.
– Grease the baking tray. Roll the dough into small balls and place on the tray.
– Bake for about 20 minutes until golden.
