You often feel guilty after eating dessert. Most of it is fat and packed with calories. However, with this recipe, you don't have to shy away from this aisle anymore. Fresh, tasty and low in fat characterize this dessert.

Ingredients:
• 5 gelatine leaves
• 1 lemon
• 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
• 4 tablespoons white caster sugar
• lemon aroma
• 500 grams of Greek yogurt 0% fat
• 14 ladyfingers
• lemon liqueur (Limoncello)

Preparation:
Soak the gelatine leaves in plenty of cold water. Squeeze the lemon.
Mix the yoghurt in a bowl with the vanilla sugar, the caster sugar and a drop of lemon aroma. Beat it all together. Heat the squeezed lemon juice with 1 tablespoon of water in the microwave for 30 seconds. When it comes out of the microwave, immediately stir in the drained gelatine leaves. Add the lemon-gelatin mixture to the yogurt while stirring.
Place 7 ladyfingers in a glass dish and sprinkle with a little lemon liqueur. Divide half of the lemon yogurt over this. Place the rest of the lady fingers on top and sprinkle with a little lemon liqueur as well. Cover with the rest of the lemon yogurt. Let the pudding set for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Garnish the pudding with thin slices of lemon on the edge of the bowl. For a nice effect, you can spread a few curls of lemon zest over the bowl.
