  • 75g brown sugar

  • 500g skimmed milk

How to make it

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. Crack the eggs into a blender.

3. Add the milk, sugar, vanilla, and lemon extract.

4. Blend for 1 minute.

5. Pour the mixture into small ramekins.

6. Place the ramekins in a larger dish half-filled with water.

7. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
