- 1 raw milk Camembert (in a wooden box)
Preparation: 5 mins – Cooking: 15 mins – Serves 4
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Remove the Camembert from its paper wrapper and place it back in its wooden box without the lid.
3. Using a knife, score the crust in a crosshatch pattern.
4. Place the wooden box in a baking dish (in case it overflows) and bake for 15 minutes.
