Recipe:the tastiest Guacamole

This guacamole recipe, made with perfectly ripe avocados, lime, cilantro, chiles, and red onion, pairs perfectly with tortilla chips and Tex-Mex dishes. The key here is perfectly ripe avocados, they should be a little soft to the touch. To speed up the ripening process, put rock-hard avocados in a paper bag with an apple or banana for two to three days.

Ingredients
3 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
1/4 large red onion, finely chopped (more if you like onions)
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 limes, juiced
1 habanero pepper, seeded and cut into small cubes
3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Place the avocado in a medium bowl.
Use a fork or spoon to mash avocados to desired consistency (some people like coarse, others prefer smooth).
Stir the Stir in onion, garlic, lime juice, habanero and coriander.
Season with salt and pepper.
