Easy No-Bake Fruit Cake Recipe: Delicious, Oven-Free Holiday Treat

Ingredients (Serves 8)

  • 375 g crumbled speculoos
  • 350 g raisins
  • 125 g coarsely chopped dates
  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk (about 800 g)
  • 180 g walnuts, almonds, or pecans, coarsely chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare a standard rectangular loaf pan.
  2. Line it with cellophane paper, allowing excess to overhang the edges by a few centimeters.
  3. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients.
  4. Pour the mixture into the lined pan and fold over the excess paper to cover.
  5. Freeze for at least 8 hours.
  6. To serve, remove from freezer, invert onto a platter, peel off the paper and pan, slice, and enjoy.

Serving and Storage Tips

Your fruit cake is ready—rich, fruity, and irresistibly good! Since it's decadent, it keeps well in the freezer. After slicing what you need, return the rest immediately to prevent bacterial growth.

Feel free to customize with your favorite dried fruits or add grated coconut for extra texture. Experiment responsibly for the best results.
