This salmon, potato and spinach gratin recipe will delight the whole family. And in addition, it is economical.

The Delicious Salmon Gratin Recipe.

Ingredients (for 6 people)

- 3 salmon fillets

- 12 potatoes

- 200g spinach

- 20 cl fresh cream

- 100g grated cheese

- 1 onion

- 1 lemon

- Salt

- Pepper

How to

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th.6).

2. Boil some salted water.

3. Peel the potatoes.

4. Cut them into thin slices.

5. Plunge them into boiling water.

6. Cook for 20 minutes.

7. Then drain them and set aside.

8. Boil water again.

9. Peel the onion.

10. Slice it.

11. Rinse the spinach with clear water.

12. Blanch the spinach for 1 min in boiling water.

13. Drain them in a colander so that they lose their water. If necessary, squeeze them lightly to drain the cooking water.

14. Cut the salmon fillets into small pieces.

15 . Salt and pepper them.

16. In a dish, put the potatoes, then the salmon, onions and spinach.

17. Cover with cream.

18. Cover with grated cheese.

19. Bake for 15 minutes.

20. When ready to serve, garnish with a few lemon wedges.
