  • 250g dessert chocolate, chopped
  • 250ml heavy cream

Instructions

Bring the heavy cream to a boil in a saucepan, then remove from heat. Add the chopped chocolate and cover the pan.

Wait 3-5 minutes, then stir vigorously until smooth, glossy, and fully emulsified—it should be pourable and velvety.

As it cools, the ganache thickens to a spreadable consistency, ideal for cakes, truffles, or fillings.
