Super simple chocolate mousse

  • 250 grams of dark chocolate
  • 3 egg whites
  • salt


Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, without adding anything

Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt

Once the two preparations are ready, mix them to obtain a frothy mixture

Reserve in the refrigerator or freezer for a few hours.
