Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bain-marie with the butter until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the caster sugar until fully incorporated. Add the eggs one by one, mixing thoroughly after each. Gently fold in the flour.
Pour the batter into a buttered mold. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes—the center should jiggle slightly when shaken. Let cool briefly before unmolding. Serve warm for the best gooey texture or chill as preferred.
