Melt the dark chocolate gently in a bain-marie until smooth.
While the chocolate melts, beat the softened butter with the sugar until creamy. Add the eggs one by one, whisking thoroughly after each addition. Gently fold in the flour until just combined.
Pour the melted chocolate into the batter and mix until fully incorporated for a glossy finish.
Divide the mixture evenly into 6 buttered ramekins. Place in the freezer for 1 hour to chill.
Preheat your oven to 150°C (Gas Mark 5). Remove ramekins from freezer and bake for 20 minutes.
