Ingredients
- 100 g dark chocolate for pastry
- 100 g butter + 20 g for the mold
- 100 g icing sugar
- 40 g flour
- 2.5 eggs
Instructions
- Break the chocolate into squares in a bowl and melt it in a bain-marie with the butter cut into pieces. Whisk until smooth.
- Incorporate the flour and icing sugar while whisking, then add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (thermostat 6/7). Butter a square mold. Pour in the batter and bake for 20-22 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before unmolding. Cut into six slices and arrange on a dish.
- Serve with custard.
