Ingredients
For 2-3 servings
- 1 pack of Pulled Oats® Tomato
- 3 slices of rye bread
- 1½ tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 boiled potatoes
- fresh chives or rosemary
- 3 slices oat (or whole wheat) bread
- 1½ tbsp pesto
- 2 small tomatoes
- fresh basil
- 2 small eggs (optional)
- 3 dl grated cheese
Preparation Method
- Preheat the oven to 225°C.
- Spread the rye bread with mustard, then top with potato slices, Pulled Oats, and your choice of herbs.
- Spread the oat bread with pesto, then layer with tomato slices, Pulled Oats, and basil.
- If desired, mix the eggs with grated cheese and spread over the sandwiches, or simply use cheese alone. Bake for 10 minutes.
