Ingredients

For 2-3 servings

  • 1 pack of Pulled Oats® Tomato
  • 3 slices of rye bread
  • 1½ tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • fresh chives or rosemary
  • 3 slices oat (or whole wheat) bread
  • 1½ tbsp pesto
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • fresh basil
  • 2 small eggs (optional)
  • 3 dl grated cheese

Preparation Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 225°C.
  2. Spread the rye bread with mustard, then top with potato slices, Pulled Oats, and your choice of herbs.
  3. Spread the oat bread with pesto, then layer with tomato slices, Pulled Oats, and basil.
  4. If desired, mix the eggs with grated cheese and spread over the sandwiches, or simply use cheese alone. Bake for 10 minutes.
