4 slices of bread
Beetroot hummus
1 mango
1 avocado
1 carrot
1 cucumber
A little red cabbage
Salt and pepper/cayenne pepper

Ingredients for beetroot hummus
3 small beets
165 g chickpeas
2 teaspoons tahini paste
2 cloves garlic
3 teaspoons olive oil
3 teaspoons water
½ teaspoon paprika seasoning
1 lemon
1 pinch of salt

Preparation

First, blend the beetroot hummus ingredients until creamy smooth, then season with salt to taste. Spread the hummus generously on the bread slices. Wash and cut the vegetables into thin strips.
