Ingredients
- 1 pack Pulled Oats® Natural
- Margarine or oil for frying
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- half tsp allspice grains
- Mashed potatoes
- Gherkins
- Berry jam
Preparation method
- Make mashed potatoes according to your favorite recipe.
- Heat the vegetable stock.
- Heat margarine or oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the Pulled Oats® and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add the stock and allspice to the pan.
- Serve the stew over the mashed potatoes. Garnish with gherkins and berry jam.
