Vegan Reindeer Stew Recipe: Authentic Finnish Classic with Pulled Oats®

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Pulled Oats® Natural
  • Margarine or oil for frying
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • half tsp allspice grains
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Gherkins
  • Berry jam

Preparation method

  • Make mashed potatoes according to your favorite recipe.
  • Heat the vegetable stock.
  • Heat margarine or oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the Pulled Oats® and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add the stock and allspice to the pan.
  • Serve the stew over the mashed potatoes. Garnish with gherkins and berry jam.
