Ingredients for the bread
• 1 tsp coconut oil
• 6 dates without seeds
• 2 bananas
• 3 eggs
• 50 g oatmeal
• 150 g spelt flour
• handful of raisins or cranberries
• handful of pumpkin seeds
• handful of hazelnuts
• handful of walnuts
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1 tsp baking powder.
Extra needed: baking pan
How to make it
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease the baking pan with coconut oil. Blend the dates and 1 banana with the eggs, oatmeal, and spelt flour. Transfer to a bowl, then fold in the raisins or cranberries, pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts, walnuts, the second banana (chopped), salt, and baking powder. Stir into a batter and pour into the pan. Bake for about 50 minutes.
