  • 500 grams plaice fillet
  • 125 grams green asparagus tips
  • ½ green zucchini
  • ½ yellow zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 100 grams ERU Balance Chives
  • 100 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 400 grams mashed potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour

Prep Steps

  1. Slice the zucchini thinly and toss with olive oil.
  2. Blanch the green asparagus tips for 1 minute in boiling salted water.
  3. Heat the milk with ERU Balance Chives, stirring until it forms a smooth sauce.

Cooking Method

  1. Warm the mashed potatoes and season to taste.
  2. Season the plaice fillets with salt and pepper, then dust generously with flour.
