- 500 grams plaice fillet
- 125 grams green asparagus tips
- ½ green zucchini
- ½ yellow zucchini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 100 grams ERU Balance Chives
- 100 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 400 grams mashed potatoes
- 1 tablespoon wheat flour
Prep Steps
- Slice the zucchini thinly and toss with olive oil.
- Blanch the green asparagus tips for 1 minute in boiling salted water.
- Heat the milk with ERU Balance Chives, stirring until it forms a smooth sauce.
Cooking Method
- Warm the mashed potatoes and season to taste.
- Season the plaice fillets with salt and pepper, then dust generously with flour.
