Ingredients for 2 servings
2 Florida grapefruits
1 frozen banana
1 dl orange juice
1.5 dl low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons oatmeal
Instructions
Slice the Florida grapefruits in half horizontally. Using a grapefruit knife, carefully loosen the flesh from the skin and add it to your blender. Peel the frozen banana, chop into pieces, and combine with the yogurt in the blender.
Blend until smooth. For extra chill and texture, add 4 ice cubes and the oatmeal if your blender allows, then pulse until the ice is fully crushed.
