These vibrant homemade fruit ice pops infused with fresh mint are the ultimate refreshing snack or light summer dessert. Bursting with natural flavors, they'll brighten any day.

Peel and slice the kiwis. Hull the strawberries and slice them. Gently rinse the blackberries and raspberries. Pick the leaves from the mint sprigs. Mix the cherry juice with lemon juice and 150 ml water.
Fill 2 molds with kiwi slices and mint leaves, then pour in orange juice. For each remaining fruit (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries), fill 2 molds with slices and mint leaves, then divide the cherry juice mixture evenly. Place molds in the freezer holder and freeze for 30 minutes. Insert sticks and freeze for another 4 hours until solid.
