These delightful homemade vanilla fruit ice pops are perfect as a fresh snack or light summer dessert. Bursting with natural flavors, they'll bring instant joy to your table.

Ingredients
Makes 8 pops

  • Prep time: 25 minutes + 4 hours freezing
  • 200 g strawberries (or 2-3 kiwis, 200 g apricots, 200 g pineapple chunks, 200 g red currants, or 200 g blueberries)

For the syrup:

  • 250 ml clear apple juice
  • 60 g fine granulated sugar
  • 1-2 tsp vanilla sugar

Equipment needed:

  • 8 ice pop molds (about 50 ml each)
  • Popsicle sticks

Instructions
Start with the syrup: Bring the apple juice and sugar to a boil in a saucepan, then simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool completely.
Prepare your chosen fruit: Wash strawberries and remove the green tops, then mash or puree. For other fruits, wash, peel as needed, and puree until smooth. Stir the fruit puree into the cooled syrup.
Pour the mixture evenly into the ice pop molds. Place the molds in their holder and freeze for 1 hour. Insert the sticks and freeze for another 3 hours until solid.
