Recipe for ice cream with liqueur

Always time for ice cream, but now the temperatures are already rising.

Ingredients for 6 ice creams

  • 240 ml passion fruit juice
  • 250 ml of water
  • 125 gr sugar
  • 60 ml licor 43
  • 1 orange
  • 6-8 fresh passion fruit
  • Mint leaves (optional)

Need more

  • Ice cream molds
  • Wooden stirrer/sticks

Preparation
Place the water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the sugar and stir until all the sugar has dissolved. Remove the plan from the heat and let the syrup cool. Add the passion fruit juice and fresh passion fruit. Then add Licor 43 and stir again. Insert the sticks into the ice cream molds and pour the liquid into the molds. Place a thin slice of orange in the mold and add mint. Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze well for 6 to 8 hours.

Hint: Do you want to keep the ice creams in the freezer? Wrap baking paper around it.
