Preparation
In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the sugar and stir until fully dissolved. Remove from heat and let the syrup cool completely. Stir in the passion fruit juice, pulp from the fresh passion fruits, Licor 43, and juice from the orange. Insert sticks into the molds, pour in the mixture, add a thin orange slice and mint leaves if using, then freeze for 6-8 hours until solid.
Pro tip: To store extras in the freezer, wrap each pop in baking paper.
