Ingredients (Makes 6)
- 4 ripe Zespri Sungold kiwis
- 100 milliliters of water
- 6 ice cream molds
- 6 dc
Instructions
- Peel the kiwis.
- Blend three of the kiwis with the water until smooth.
- Cut the fourth kiwi into six slices.
- Place a slice of kiwi in each ice cream mold against the edge and fill the rest with the kiwi mixture.
- Freeze for at least four hours.
