Ingredients

  • 1 package Basic Mediterranean vegetarian
  • 400 g Provencal wok vegetables
  • 400 g Honey Wholewheat Spaghetti
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 80 g arugula
  • 15 g basil, roughly chopped
  • 150 ml water

Personal Twist

  • 1 broccoli, cut into florets
  • (Replace grated cheese with) 50 g mozzarella balls

Preparation Method

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a pan. Sauté the wok vegetables for 2-3 minutes, then add the halved cherry tomatoes.
  3. Stir in 150 ml water and Honig base for Macaroni and Spaghetti Mediterranean. Heat while stirring for about 1 minute.
  4. Add the pasta, heat briefly, and serve topped with grated cheese and arugula.
