Recipe:Spaghetti with zucchini and ricotta

Supplies 

600g zucchini
500g spaghetti
2 garlic cloves
200g ricotta
Parmesan
Black Pepper
Basil

This is what you will do

Wash the zucchini and cut them into thin strips. Cook the spaghetti al dente. Meanwhile, crush the garlic cloves and fry them in oil in a large pan until golden brown. Remove the garlic and sauté the zucchini strips in the same pan over high heat, turning constantly. Place the ricotta in a deep serving bowl and stir. Drain the spaghetti, add briefly to the zucchini and cook with it. Mix everything with the ricotta. Serve immediately with grated Parmesan cheese, pepper and a little fresh basil.
