Ingredients

For 4 people

  • 1 tray (180 g) Honeytomatoes®
  • 1 zucchini
  • 600 g chicken breast
  • 200 g spaghetti
  • 100 g pesto

Preparation method

  1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and use a spiralizer to turn the zucchini into long, noodle-like strands.
  2. Heat a little pesto in a pan, add the chicken cubes, and stir-fry until golden on the outside. Stir in the remaining pesto, reduce heat, and cook until the chicken is fully done—check by slicing a piece; it should no longer be shiny inside.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti per package instructions. Drain, then toss with the pesto chicken and zucchini strands in the pan.
  4. Divide among plates, top with Honeytomatoes® (whole or halved), and serve immediately.
