Ingredients
For 4 people
- 1 tray (180 g) Honeytomatoes®
- 1 zucchini
- 600 g chicken breast
- 200 g spaghetti
- 100 g pesto
Preparation method
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and use a spiralizer to turn the zucchini into long, noodle-like strands.
- Heat a little pesto in a pan, add the chicken cubes, and stir-fry until golden on the outside. Stir in the remaining pesto, reduce heat, and cook until the chicken is fully done—check by slicing a piece; it should no longer be shiny inside.
- Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti per package instructions. Drain, then toss with the pesto chicken and zucchini strands in the pan.
- Divide among plates, top with Honeytomatoes® (whole or halved), and serve immediately.
