INGREDIENTS
2 oranges
2 carrots
2 small bananas
2 tsp candied ginger
2 tbsp honey
250 ml sea buckthorn juice
250 ml carrot juice
500 g crushed ice
YOU'LL NEED:
blender or food processor
INSTRUCTIONS
Peel the oranges thickly to remove all white pith, then slice them. Thinly peel and grate the carrots. Peel the bananas and cut into chunks. Roughly chop the candied ginger. Add all prepared ingredients to your blender or food processor along with the honey, sea buckthorn juice, and carrot juice.
Blend until smooth. Add the crushed ice and blend again until fully incorporated. Divide into 4 glasses and serve immediately for the best texture.
