Ingredients for 1 serving
1 yellow bell pepper
½ fresh mango or a large handful of frozen mango cubes
1 banana, preferably frozen
250 ml coconut water
1 tsp coconut oil (or substitute with olive oil)
Instructions
Dice the bell pepper and add to a blender with the remaining ingredients. No coconut water on hand? Swap it for almond or rice milk. Blend until smooth and enjoy with a straw.
