Ingredients
- 4 small, ripe pears
- 100 g kale
- ½ avocado
- 1 banana
- Juice and grated zest of ½ lime
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 100 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- Additionally needed: blender, food processor, or stick blender with tall mixing cup

Preparation
- Wash the pears, cut into quarters, remove the cores, and chop into pieces. Wash the kale and roughly chop. Scoop the avocado from its skin. Peel the banana and break into chunks.
- Add all fruits and vegetables to the blender. Include the lime juice, zest, a pinch of salt, agave syrup, orange juice, and 250 ml cold water. Blend until ultra-smooth, adding extra water if needed for consistency.
