For the nacho platter
- 200 g grated cheese
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 bag Taco Seasoning Mix
- 0.5 jar Red Jalapeño
- 1 can Dip Nacho Cheese Style
- 1 bag Nacho Chips
For the guacamole
- 1 bag Dip Mix Guacamole
- 2 avocados
- 100 ml sour cream
- Extra: 1 jar Taco Sauce Mild
Preparation Method
- Heat the oil in a pan and brown the ground beef. Stir in the Taco Seasoning Mix and water.
- Combine and simmer uncovered for 5-10 minutes.
- Spread the nacho chips on a large ovenproof platter. Layer with the seasoned beef, nacho cheese dip, jalapeños, and grated cheese.
- Bake at 225°C for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
- Serve immediately with fresh guacamole and mild taco sauce on the side.
