An original and inexpensive savory tart recipe with goat cheese and nectarines.

This is an original recipe that we offer you today with this amazing sweet-salty marriage. Nectarines and goat cheese for a sunny tart that will surprise your guests.

In your smart basket, very few ingredients are needed for an economical recipe.

>> Shortcrust pastry

>> 6 nectarines

>> 30g of hazelnut

>> 350g goat cheese

>> 30g of butter

>> 2 sprigs of rosemary

The preparation is also very simple and quick, count 15 minutes for a beautiful pie made with love.

1. After rinsing the nectarines gently, wipe them before cutting them into quarters.

2. Cut the goat cheese into strips.

3. Arrange the shortcrust pastry in a pie pan and place the nectarines and goat cheese, alternating a slice of each.

4. Place small cubes of butter on the nectarines so that they brown well in the oven. All you have to do is sprinkle the hazelnuts.
