Mixed Mushrooms
- 500 g mixed mushrooms
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 bag Santa Maria Taco Seasoning Mix
- Chipotle Cabbage
- 200 g red cabbage
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime, juice only
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chipotle sauce
Extras
- 1 pack Santa Maria Tortilla Original Small (8-pack)
- 100 g salad cheese
- ½ bunch coriander
Preparation Method
- Sauté mushrooms in oil until softened, without browning.
- Stir in the Seasoning Mix and cook for 1 more minute.
