Recipe for panna cotta with Amarula

A little liqueur makes your dessert extra festive (and delicious).

Ingredients for 6 people
4 gelatin sheets
500 ml whipped cream
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
150 ml Amarula
3-4 cantuccini biscuits
Mixed red fruits (red berries, blueberries, blackberries or raspberries, possibly pomegranate)
Possibly a tuft of cress

Get started
1. Place the gelatin sheets in cold water to soak.

2. Heat the whipping cream with the caster sugar. Squeeze out the gelatine leaves and dissolve them one by one in the hot cream.

3. Add the Amarula and let it cool and firm up in bowls or in a bowl.

4. Crumble the cantuccini.

5. Place a poured ball, a spoon or round of pannacotta on the plate, add some fruit and a mountain of crumbs. Garnish with cress.
