Creamy Amarula Panna Cotta Recipe: Luxurious Dessert for 4-6

Elevate the classic Italian panna cotta with the rich, creamy notes of Amarula liqueur for an indulgent treat.

Ingredients
Serves 4 to 6
• 60 ml Amarula
• 400 ml whipping cream
• 100 g sugar
• 1 vanilla pod, split open
• 5 gelatin leaves

Preparation
– Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water.
– Bring the cream, sugar, and vanilla pod to a boil. Squeeze the gelatin well and stir it in.
– Strain the mixture through a fine sieve and stir in the Amarula.
– Pour into molds, stir once more, and chill for 4 to 5 hours until set.
