Recipe:French fries with piri piri

French fries are a delicious side dish. Prepare them in a different way with this recipe for French fries with piri piri. Enjoy!

Side dish – 4 persons – 30 min

Ingredients
– 15 tbsp or 200 ml.
– 3 tbsp rub Portuguese (Oil &Vinegar)
– 5 tbsp mix for roasted potatoes French style (French potato herbs Oil &Vinegar)
– 500 g sweet potato (orange)
– 500 g waxy potato
– 4 spring onions

Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Take 2 bowls and divide the grapeseed oil over them. Mix the oil with the Portuguese rub in one bowl and the French potato herbs in the other bowl. Peel the sweet potato and wash it. Wash the other potatoes with their skins. Cut the potatoes into equal chips. Clean the spring onions and cut them into coarse pieces. Mix the sweet potato and half of the spring onions with the Portuguese rub mixture. Mix the remaining potatoes and spring onions with the French potato herb mixture.
Heat 2 large pans and fry the 2 potato mixtures each in its own pan for 5 minutes until crisp and brown. Then place the fries on two baking trays lined with baking paper. Bake them in the oven for another 10 minutes.
