Zigante's Authentic Istrian Truffle Pasta Recipe

Istria, Croatia's premier truffle region, is renowned for its bountiful harvests and culinary traditions. Zigante, esteemed truffle specialists and restaurant owners, share this indulgent pasta dish featuring premium truffles.

Ingredients (Serves 4)
80 grams tartufata (truffles, fresh or from a jar)
400 grams pasta
40 grams butter
1 deciliter cream
Parmesan cheese
Salt

Preparation
1. Boil the pasta in salted water. Drain and mix in 20 grams of butter.
2. In a clean pan, melt the remaining butter. Add the tartufata and cream, stirring until the sauce warms through.
3. Toss the sauce with the pasta and top with Parmesan cheese.
