Baked Avocado Stuffed with Egg: A Nutritious Breakfast Recipe

This simple yet delicious dish makes a perfect healthy breakfast or light lunch, packed with protein and good fats.

Ingredients
– 1 avocado
– 2 eggs
– Pepper, salt, and/or other herbs to taste
– Optional: grated cheese

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Enlarge the hollows slightly with a spoon.
3. Crack an egg into each cavity, season with herbs, salt, pepper, and top with grated cheese if desired.
4. Bake the avocado halves for 15 to 20 minutes, until the eggs are set.
