Recipe:avocado stuffed with egg

This dish is delicious for breakfast or lunch.

Ingredients
– 1 avocado
– 2 eggs
– Pepper, salt and/or other herbs to taste
– Optional:grated cheese

How are you doing?
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Then make the hollow in both halves a bit bigger with a small spoon.
2. You can now fill the cavity with egg, possibly with some herbs and grated cheese on top.
3. Place the avocado halves in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
