  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th 6).
  2. Put the sugar in a container.
  3. Add the eggs.
  4. Pour in the milk.
  5. Add the lemon and liquid vanilla extract.
  6. Mix in the blender for 1 min.
  7. Pour the mixture into small ramekins.
  8. Put some water in the bottom of a large dish.
  9. Place the filled ramekins in this dish.
  10. Put in the oven for 30 min.
  11. Take them out of the oven without burning yourself.
