Italian stuffing for poultry

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 2 eggs
  • 70g pitted green olives
  • 60g of grated parmesan cheese
  • about 60g of breadcrumbs
  • grated nutmeg, salt and pepper

Preparation

Chop the olives, mix them with the two beaten eggs, then add the parmesan, salt, pepper, nutmeg and breadcrumbs.

Mix well make a ball and stuff the poultry with it. Bake poultry as normal.

Observations:A very easy to make and very good stuffing.
