Bonus tip

What type of potatoes should you choose to make a tartiflette?

You can use many types of potatoes. However, avoid those intended for fries and purees, such as bintje .

Opt for potatoes with firm flesh for better resistance to cooking (such as almond, charlotte or beautiful fontenay ).
