As an aperitif, I love to serve light aperitif spoons and not cherries, which I garnish according to my desires... With my appetizer spoons of homemade tuna and cucumber rillettes, success is guaranteed!

For an original aperitif, we all know puff pastries, appetizing verrines or even toasts. To go even further in originality, why not dare to use appetizer spoons?

My Ingredients for 12 Spoons:

My Preparation!

  • I clean and peel my cucumber, leaving a few green stripes showing.

  • In a bowl, I mix my tuna, my plain yogurt, my mustard, my dill and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  • I set aside ¼ of an hour to cool.
  • Then I place a slice of cucumber in each spoon, on which I place my tuna rillettes.
  • I decorate with a sprig of chives.
