At happy hour, when I want to change from the traditional sausage chips, I like to present small pastries.

Homemade, they are really economical.

And above all, they can delight young and old!

The recipe for these puff pastries is very simple to make and you never get tired of it!

Ingredients

- 1 puff pastry homemade or purchased , depending on your motivation! I confess that at home, it is rather ready made!

- 1 packet of sausages

- 1 egg

- pitted black olives

- anchovies

- grated cheese

How to

1. Take the puff pastry and roll it out well.

2. Then cut 10 cm strips long by 3 wide.

3. Arrange a sausage in the center and cover with a second strip of dough.

4. Separate the white from the egg yolk.

5. Wet the edges of the puff pastries to make them stick.

6. Brush them with a little egg yolk.

7. Cut into ten equal pieces.

8. Repeat the operation as many times as necessary for the number of sausages desired.

9. Place on the baking sheet and bake 8 minutes at 180°.

Result

There you go, your homemade puff pastries are already ready :-)

To vary the pleasures, here is another puff pastry recipe just as easy and quick to make :

- Then cut circles in the dough,

- Place an anchovy in the center of a piece of pasta or cheese

- Form small sausages of dough topped with cheese.
