Recipe sugar-free granola cups with yogurt, honey and kiwi

Ingredients for 6 pieces:

120 g oatmeal
50 g desiccated coconut
60 g honey
40 g coconut oil
1 pinch of salt
200 grams of yogurt
2 teaspoons agave syrup
2 Kiwis

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. Mix the oats and desiccated coconut in a bowl. Heat the honey and coconut oil together with a pinch of salt in a saucepan (or in the microwave). All ingredients must be liquid and hot.

2. Then pour the oat flakes and coconut flakes mixture over it and mix everything into a homogeneous mass. Divide into six buttered wells in a muffin tin. Press well and make a small indentation with your thumb in each shape.

3. Bake in a hot oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove and let cool in the mold. Remove carefully (best with a small cake fork). Mix yogurt with agave syrup and pour into the cups. Garnish with the kiwi slices.
