Ingredients

For 4 people

Dough

  • 25 g fresh yeast
  • 200 ml water
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • About 5 dl wheat or pizza flour

Topping

  • 1 pack Pulled Oats® Natural
  • 2 dl crème fraîche
  • 3-4 pears
  • 2-3 mozzarella balls
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Honey or agave syrup
  • Black pepper

Preparation Method

  • Preheat the oven to 250°C.
  • Crumble the yeast into a bowl with lukewarm water and stir until dissolved. Gradually add salt, sugar, and flour. Knead into a soft, elastic dough, then incorporate the oil. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for 30-60 minutes.
  • Wash and thinly slice the pears. Dust your work surface with flour to prevent sticking. Roll out a thin pizza base.
  • Spread crème fraîche over the center. Top evenly with pear slices, Pulled Oats®, and mozzarella. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle rosemary and black pepper. Bake for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

Pro Tip: For extra crispiness, preheat an empty baking tray. Bake the base alone for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
