Ingredients

Dough
- 25 g fresh yeast
- 200 ml water
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- About 5 dl wheat or pizza flour
Topping
- 1 pack Pulled Oats® Natural
- 2 dl crème fraîche
- 3-4 pears
- 2-3 mozzarella balls
- Fresh rosemary
- Honey or agave syrup
- Black pepper
Preparation Method
- Preheat the oven to 250°C.
- Crumble the yeast into a bowl with lukewarm water and stir until dissolved. Gradually add salt, sugar, and flour. Knead into a soft, elastic dough, then incorporate the oil. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for 30-60 minutes.
- Wash and thinly slice the pears. Dust your work surface with flour to prevent sticking. Roll out a thin pizza base.
- Spread crème fraîche over the center. Top evenly with pear slices, Pulled Oats®, and mozzarella. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle rosemary and black pepper. Bake for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Pro Tip: For extra crispiness, preheat an empty baking tray. Bake the base alone for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
