Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 100 g oat biscuits
  • 400 g yogurt
  • 8 nuts
  • 4 Zespri SunGold kiwifruit
  • 4 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)

Preparation

  1. Peel the Zespri SunGold kiwis and cut into even cubes. Roughly chop the nuts. Crush the oat biscuits and divide the crumbs and nuts among 4 glasses. Layer with yogurt and a drizzle of honey (optional).
  2. Finish with kiwi pieces and chill the glasses in the fridge until serving.
