RIJKS, the acclaimed restaurant within Amsterdam's Rijksmuseum, has unveiled its stellar 2020 guest chef lineup, featuring the world's most influential female culinary leaders. Highlights include Manoella Buffara (March), Garima Arora (May), Pía León (July), Margot Janse (August), Isabella Potí (September), and Leonor Espinosa (November).
"We curate experiences with the most extraordinary chefs globally. This 2020 program showcases 'female game-changers' who bring unique stories and profound impact to the industry," says Joris Bijdendijk, RIJKS' visionary head chef.
Kicking Off 2020: The series launches March 14-15 with Manoella Buffara of Manu in Brazil (One-To-Watch Award 2018 winner, #42 on Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants). Subsequent stars include:
