Renowned Chef Mauro Colagreco of Mirazur—named the world's best restaurant—will team up with RIJKS Chef Joris Bijdendijk this autumn for a special one-day RIJKS x Mirazur event. This collaboration concludes the guest chef series with a four-hands menu served at lunch and dinner. The date will be announced on Instagram @rijksrestaurant.
RIJKS, the Rijksmuseum restaurant, opened five years ago. Chef Joris Bijdendijk has hosted 30 internationally acclaimed guest chefs, with Mauro Colagreco as the final one in this format. After the November 5-year anniversary, RIJKS will embark on a new direction for events.
